The commercial arm of a leading UK bank needed to overhaul its entire credit training program in readiness for launching a new system to support credit assessment.

MDA Training was commissioned to design and write preparatory distance learning materials in 31 modules to support recent joiners through to experienced managers handling the largest international customers. The distance learning materials explore in depth a range of technical and evaluation issues, from commercial and risk perspectives, and support a comprehensive structured program of face-to-face training courses developed by MDA Training in close collaboration with the client. These courses offer practical experience in implementing the bank's approach to credit assessment and the implications of the new credit system.
