We have an apprenticeship program where young underprivileged people in India are provided free training on leather craftsmenship and if they prove themselves, they are offered permanent positions at LeatherGifts Direct.

A significant part of our profits are used to sustain this apprenticeship program, which aims to help underprivileged people gain skills to earn a good living, rather than help them with a one time handout.
