Kumaran Systems launched Application Migration Services from Non DB2 UDB platforms including Oracle Forms and Informix to DB2 UDB. FORMS*Converter is a fully automated Oracle Forms migration tool that converts SQL*Forms Version 2.3 applications to SQL*Forms Version 3.0 with PL/SQL code. The code produced by this conversion tool/software is optimized, efficient, and more easily maintainable than the original V2 step logic trigger. Using FORMS*Converter to migrate from Forms Version 2 to Version 3 offers a cost-effective solution for your organization's migration projects.

In addition to its automated conversion capabilities, FORMS*Converter moves duplicate code to libraries and removes dead code, thereby reducing the size of the code and making application maintenance less costly and time consuming. As a result, applications will require less disk space and will run more efficiently.

GUI REPORTS*Converter is an automated Oracle RPT migrations tool for migrating your RPT applications (programs) to Reports 2.5/3.0/6.0. It is a third generation character based reporting tool, which aims at retaining RPT functionality with added GUI features. This conversion tool / software is very useful tool as Oracle Corporation has terminated the support for the RPT users, RPT being slow and difficult to maintain. Accell to Oracle Converter The Accell to Oracle Converter will migrate your Unify database to Oracle, while moving your front-end from Accell to either Oracle Forms 4.5 / 5 / 6 / 6i or Oracle Reports 2.5 / 3.0 / 6.0 / 6 / 6i as per your requirement.

Your Accell application will thereby be moved to a real 4GL (Oracle Tools). The Unify database is moved to Oracle, a superior database. All applications get converted rapidly with little or no re-writing of code in Oracle. Character applications are converted to GUI based Oracle application which is platform independent, supports multiple languages, is Y2k compliant, is portable, and ensures high performance. Accell to Java Converter The Accell to Java Converter will migrate your Unify / Accell applications migrates code to Java Servlets, SWING, HTML, JSP, etc. based on your requirement.

The tool moves your application to platform independent Java Runtime Application, taking it from client / server architecture to the Web without changing the basic business logic and functionality. Web deploying the application will help users to have global access to their application. Moreover, it will also enable users to take advantage of the advanced features of Java. Accell to. Net Converter The Accell to. NET Converter will help you migrate your Unify / Accell application to the. NET platform. Our tool will be used to migrate your Accell Forms & Reports to Web Forms and Crystal Reports. The database will be moved from Unify to SQL Server. The migration will be done only after the application and database are evaluated. The tool will automatically migrate all your Accell Forms & Reports to Web Forms & Crystal Reports, in addition to all files with extensions '. fs' and '. fqa'. The remaining code, if any, will be migrated manually. Finally, the database & applications will be tested in the target environment, before implementing them on-site.

INFORMIX*Converter is an excellent automated tool, which migrates your legacy Informix application to the advanced Oracle Tools, Forms 6i and Reports 6i.
