Kodarin Industries Ltd. was established in 1979, primarily to provide custom manufactured components to the Steel Industry in Hamilton, Ontario. Since this time, it has grown to $7 Million (CDN)/year business providing a full range of services to a much more diverse customer base. We now provide custom manufactured machinery and components-in production quantities or as prototypes-to industries that include Nuclear, Environmental, Food & Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Automation.
There is virtually no manufacturing service that we have not provided in-house, or sourced effectively through our network of sub-contractors. Our in-house capabilities are listed on the next page. We offer full service machining, covering a broad range of materials, sizes and quantities. We also offer full welding and fabricating services. As far as sub-contracting goes, we are able to accommodate standard services such as grinding, honing, gear cutting and chroming. In addition, we can also source out more exotic services such as laser cutting, EDM, ceramic coating or water-jet cutting.
Our extensive range of manufacturing processes is supported by an excellent quality assurance program. Our quality system is certified to the ISO 9000 quality standard as well as to individual customer quality system requirements.
At Kodarin, reliability means meeting our commitments. With the powerful scheduling and purchasing software that we have installed, we are able to ensure more accurate forecasts for delivery to our customers. We are able to optimize our work center loading, utilizing our resources efficiently to keep manufacturing costs low.
We would be glad to provide a written quotation for your next project requirements. Please consider us for your future manufacturing needs.
