Inventory Management and Fulfillment
Kirk Integrated Marketings 40, 000 square foot warehouse and plant area allows us ample space to warehouse and manage both paper inventory, and other products and materials. Using our internally created docket system, we track each piece of material on a real-time basis. This includes verification procedures at the time of receipt, production and shipping. We have the option to manage reorder points, provide regular reporting and manual verifications.
We regularly perform pick and pack, order processing and kit assembly. Our fulfillment area includes a high-security section for those products requiring additional security.

International Mail Preparation
Mailing Services
Kirk Integrated Marketings 40, 000 square foot mailing division is the biggest of its kind in BC. It is also one of the most organized and productive. The shop boasts a full compliment of equipment including folders, inserters, inkjets and labelers. Machine repairs and maintenance are done in house by our own technician, so downtime is always minimal. All machine operators are extremely well trained and receive ongoing training as equipment and requirements change.
As well as machine work, Kirk has an extensive manual-processing division, which handles thousands of pieces of mail and hand assembly projects daily.
Stringent production tracking and documentation processes ensure that all jobs are completed correctly and on time.

Kirk Integrated Marketing Services is home to one of the highest capacity laser printing facilities in the city. Utilizing the latest in Xerox imaging equipment, Kirks three 14x17 format printers combine to give a throughput of over 25, 000 per hour, 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Redundancy in equipment and 24/7 service on all printers mean that delays due to downtime are virtually non-existent. As well, all machine operators are extremely well trained and follow stringent quality control procedures to ensure that every job is output quickly and accurately.
Remaining on the cutting edge of technology, Kirk Integrated Marketing Services understands the importance of variable messaging to target your clients. Using our Xerox DocuColour, we print variable messaging, including variable graphics, in colour. Using criteria that you select from your client database, we aid in communicating to your clients more specifically and directly, increasing your return on investment.
