Delivery of all training is carried out to the standards outlined by the Institute of IT Training in the UK. This training qualification TAP (Training Activity Profile) encourages students to search for information through carefull use of questioning and helps develop more interaction in the classroom. This has become a prerequisite in the UK. Both Kath and Martin are TAP certified. Kath is also the only freelance TAP Assessor in the UK and Canada. Kath hopes to introduce instructors to this qualification and help develop them with a further tool to enhance their training delivery and return inquiries from clients.
