The K9 Storm Search and Rescue Vest is ideal for canine emergency task force work. The patented built-in load bearing harness system rated to 2500 lbs. allows the rescue dogs to be lifted or lowered in a variety of disaster scenarios. Helicopter rescue attempts and parachuting missions for the k9 team are all made possible when the dog is wearing a K9 Storm Search and Rescue Vest. The Search and Rescue Vest is equipped with 2 load bearing V-Rings for both parachute and helicopter rescues. The V- Rings, securely tied down when not in use, and the snug custom fit of the K9 Storm Search and Rescue Vests make them safe for the rescue dogs to search freely. Lightweight and comfortable-- ideal for working dog identification in public places.
Protection: The underside of the K9 Storm Search and Rescue Vest is constructed of Kevlar 129 offering protection against scrapes and slashes common in disaster terrain. A 3M highly reflective style line makes the dog clearly visible.
Construction: K9 Storm Search and Rescue Vests are constructed with 100 Denier Blaze Orange and Black Cordura. The Search and Rescue Vest is equipped with 2 load bearing V-Rings for both parachute and helicopter rescues.
