Located in Chatham, our office has a history that dates back to 1948 when Joseph W. Storey began his practice. Throughout the 53 years that have followed, the firm has built a strong reputation in the community for innovative, well crafted design with an eye to maintaining cost effectiveness.
Since 1983, Peter Cook has been with the firm as a design associate. In 1991, he became a full partner in the office, ushering it into it's third generation of leadership for the community.
Despite the rapid changes in the technology of buildings, codes, computer aided drafting, etc., we still believe that people come first. Our goal in designing a building has always been to provide a facility that fulfills the needs of the occupants while, at the same time, addressing the important issues of budget and schedule.
We complete various project from residential to commercial to institutional in the range of $200, 000 to $10, 000, 000 in the Southwestern Ontario area.
We have participated in joint ventures with other architectural firms to complete projects up to $18, 000, 000.
