The basic Sterling product line offers the long-lasting quality of stainless steel construction. The units will not rust; are easily cleaned; and are significantly stronger than competitive models.
These features mean lower costs and easier maintenance. Lower priced chrome-plated models are also available for less demanding applications.
The unique Sterling wheelchair and bed/stretcher models are easy to install, strong and durable. Custom designed capability is available for special situations.
Until very recently, all production was sold exclusively through one Canadian hospital supply distributor. For that reason, the brand name 'Sterling' is not well known, though Sterling IV support systems are widely used. The hospital/homecare products are now provided through a network of distributors under the 'Sterling' name and an aggresive expansion plan has been successfully implemented in Canada and the United States.
