ISLAND CLEAN AIR PRODUCES, ASSEMBLES, AND INSPECTS EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IT SELLS. TOP QUALITY STANDARD FILTERS, PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE USED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION OF GOING TO THEIR LOCAL SUPPLIER FOR REPLACEMENTS.
The Duster 3000 (CFM) Downdraft is a mobile prep station which greatly improves poor air quality in autobody shops. Respirable air pollutants produced as a result of bondo work, sanding, primer, spot painting and welding are filtered through a series of carefully selected filters. This results in a drastically improved working environment which provides major health benefits to the employees and therefore significantly increases productivity.
The Duster's 'downdraft plenum' is placed parallel to the automobile and over the worker, where it pushes toxic particles down away from the workers breathing zone and into the filters at the base of the unit. This air then moves up through the pocket filter and out through the top of the plenum diffuser in a 'mushroom-cloud' airflow pattern, which deflects off the ceiling and walls, and carries the shop's toxic particles into the filters at the base of the unit.
MOBILE DUST COLLECTORS FOR INDUSTRY. MOST POPULAR IN AUTOMOTIVE BODY REPAIR AND PRINTING INDUSTRIES.
MOBILE PREP STATION FOR USE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BODY REPAIR INDUSTRY.
The Duster 3000 (CFM) is a mobile air cleaner that drastically improves air quality in printing shops. Originally designed for use in autobody repair shops, the Duster has proven extremely effective in capturing paper and ink dust as well as the toxic chemical odors produced in the printing process.
The unit has a sturdy simple design that provides a combination of low maintenance, long term reliability, and quiet, yet powerfully efficient operation. The Duster provides three stages of filtration: cleanable intake dustfilters, activated carbon filters (9 lb. of carbon per filter), and a high-efficiency, 3 micron pocket filter.
