Tool and Die Design and Build: We use the latest CAD and CNC programming software.

Wire EDM: Basic 2D machining to complex 4 axis machining.

CNC Sink EDM: In addition to conventional sink functions, our Charmilles Sink EDM with C axis and tool changer gives us the ability to sink complex parts, from helical gear and threads to multi-axis orbiting tool paths with multiple electrodes.

CNC Machining: Basic 2D shapes to complex surface machining (e. g., moulds and form dies)

CMM Digitizing: For inspection and reverse engineering of parts and tooling components

  Tool and Die Services Specializing in CNC Machining and Wire EDM

  Wire EDM

  We offer the latest enhancements in this high technology approach to machining including complex 4-axis independent programmed shapes.

  All 2D shapes, plus Complex contours with different shapes top and bottom (i. e. extrusion dies and mold sections) can be programmed on our CAM system and cut efficiently. All machining is done submerged at a controlled, constant temperature ensuring optimum accuracy and minimal thermal distortion.

  CNC Milling

  In addition to conventional 2D machining, our CAM surfacing software gives us the ability to generate and machine complex surfaces, e. g. prototypes, molds, extrusion and draw die work.
