Integracom Management Consultants Inc. was originally formed in response to a services request from the Canadian Federal Government's Department of Communications. As Integracom's government clientele increased, the company grew in stride to include a number of contracted independent specialists, providing their service at the client site or in their own offices, each equipped with the state-of-the-art resources necessary to fully integrate the team for the optimum in project delivery. Reference Projects:

Information Technology Plan for the Territorial Government of Nunavut. Integracom developed the initial Information Technology Plan for the new Territorial Government of Nunavut. This included a complete evaluation of over 300 systems in use by various departments of the Government of the North-West Territories and an analysis of the business processes involved in their use. Resulting recommendations included the design of the first ever centralized repository of basic information on every resident and organization in the region in a manner that did not contravene personal privacy legislation.

The Canadian Systems Delivery Alliance for the Argentine Government:

An Agency of the Government of Argentina contracted through Industry Canada and Canada Commercial Corporation for their own version of Strategis, Industry Canadas world class business support web site designed originally by Integracom officers. Integracom created an alliance of Canadian companies including Calian Technologies, Avnet Canada, Hummingbird Software, and Oracle Canada to fulfill that requirement, with Integracom providing project management, the Application, Data, and Technical architecture plans, and the Information Publishing and Management processes.

Y2K Contingency Planning for Industry Canada:

Upon running Y2K testing on all of their systems, Industry Canada found that they had a potential problem with their Strategis system. Two key components were not Y2K compliant and were not scheduled to be upgraded in time. Integracom was contracted to evaluate the problem, develop solutions with suppliers of the affected elements, and make longer term recommendations on technology elements to minimize future problems of this nature arising.
