Founded in 1945 and declared of public interest, INSTITUT TECCART (non-profit organisation since January 1997) is a private college in Montreal. It receives grants from the Quebec Ministry of Education and issues the Quebec official diploma for collegial education.

Teccart International 2000 Ltd. provides professional services to respond efficiently to the specific training needs of corporate clients, from preparing a human ressources development plan up to deliverying the training.

Teccart International has been present on international markets since 1985 with some 30 contracts involving consulting services in professional training and professional orientation. Teccart developps and commercializes distance training products as SIFAD, AMMI and EDUNET. SIFAD is now implanted in some 8 countries, such as Canada, France, Morrocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Benin and Vietnam. EDUNET, a training system using Internet, can train, at the same time and at a minimal cost, thousands of persons all over the world. EDUNET is distributed in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Teccart has also opened a Training Center in Montreal on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Supervisory Comment and Data Acquisition(SCADA ).
