Basically, IDS is a company that has grown primarily on referrals and repeat customers; it was founded in 1988. We work on many Provinces from our HQ in Hensall and our London sales office. IDS Inc. also has customers in the US (e. g., N. C., Nevada), Peru, Chile, etc. No question, IDS is a progressive firm with proven international successes. We also want to work with more firms here in Canada, or in other international markets that we have not yet established.

Projects could happen in two ways; first, when our expertise is required directly through a direct customer contract requiring a new 'drive control system' that needs our control interface design skills. A second possibility could be considered working indirectly; that is, when a company recommends to an existing customer requiring drive systems expertise (and/or service work) that they call us for solutions. Either process could include troubleshooting and repair/refurb needs, should contacts recommend IDS in such situations.

In short, we are willing to work with customers as either a new control systems equipment supplier or indirectly with an established sub-customer, when recommended to. We would appreciate consideration regarding any opportunity to Quote a firm's current or upcoming drive system contracts.

As mentioned, IDS focuses on the sale and service of AC and DC variable speed motor controls, but SPECIALIZES in the Design and Manufacture of Custom Designed Operator Stations and Control Cabinets (see 1. above). As noted, we are also an authorized distributor for high quality Eurotherm Drives (all of SW ON), Saftronics and Benshaw products.

• In addition, our experienced service team can provide on-site

assistance with the repair and reburb of in-place drive control systems, including those that incorporate Reliance, Emerson, Control Techniques, Beel, Tamper and Canron products.
