CERTIFICATION OF THE LABORATORIES OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE OF ALGERIA IN 2004:

We have guided and accompanied the certification project of the new Integrated Management System(Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Competence of Resources) of the three major analysis laboratories of the CACQE (Algerian Center for Quality Control and Packaging, a division of the Ministry of Trade of Algeria) with a team composed of 5 Canadian senior consultants (1 Project manager and 4 Supporting quality engineers). Our interventions have resulted with a successful certification as per ISO 17025 during the first visit of the international registrar SGS in November 2004 and the full recognition of the achieved results by the financing canadian organization (Canadian International Development Agency).

FOREST CERTIFICATION OF ABITIBI CONSOLIDATED INC IN 2000:

We have guided and accompanied the first three pilot projects of forest certification of this global leader in newsprint papers within a context of Sustainable Development in QUEBEC, ONTARIO and NEWFOUNDLAND with a team composed of 3 senior consultants (1 Project manager and 2 Supporting forest engineers). Our contributions have resulted with 3 certifications as per ISO 14001 confirmed during the first visit of the canadian registrar QMI which were followed by 4 other sites in a further step for a total of approximatively 20 % of the certified forest in Canada (at this time). This initial certification program has prepared and eased the deployment of the new canadian program CSA Z809 in Sustainable Forest Management in 2004.

TRAINING OF THE PERSONNEL OF A SUBCONTRACTOR OF FORD ARGENTINA, AT BUENOS-AIRES IN 1997:

We have supplied and leaded a 4-days seminar, to train the personnel of DANA GROUP (FORD's Subcontractor) with the following topic: Understand and implement a quality management system QS 9000 as per the specific requirements of the client Further to this initial training, our argentinian partner ROCHA Y ASOCIADOShas coached the implementation of the system according to our recommendations and obtained the international certification of this customer from DET NORSKE VERITAS.
