Hope Aero's extensive Quality Assurance program is maintained by inspectors using equipment capable of non destructive testing (NDT), both in house and on wing, using magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, eddy current and ultrasonic to check propellers, wheels, brakes, undercarriages, airframe, and helicopters.
All Hope Aero NDT personnel are qualified to CGSB or MIL 410 standards and certification is provided for each service with full traceability which is always a prime concern.
Hope Aero's employees are mostly factory trained which is always augmented with extensive on-the-job training. Personnel include 5 AME's with experience in the aviation industry ranging from 10 to over 45 years.
Hope Aero's facilities have state of the art equipment, including climate-controlled curing rooms for composite repairs. Chromic acid anodizing facilities are also available for parts treatment & repairs.
