Since our inception in 1973 we have become a leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of sanitary stainless steel equipment for those industries whose products require this special type of handling.
We maintain an extensive on-hand inventory of valves, fittings, special hoses, gaskets and other ancillary equipment. Our manufacturing facility, approximately 54, 000 sq. ft., is registered with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (MCCR) for pressure vessel design and fabrication, and approved for code work A. S. M. E. Section VIII, Division 1, National Board 'U' stamp, CSA B51.
We offer tank fabrications in a variety of metals from the Standard T304 and T316 Stainless Steel to the more exotic metals and finishes from 2B to 5-10RA and electropolished. Our Plant is a truly sanitary stainless steel manufacturing facility, using only non-ferrous metals. We do not accept orders for carbon steel fabrications.

Our Professional Engineer, along with his team of CAD operators and Design Estimators, work together to ensure any tank, piping system or fabrication you require are built and installed to the proper Codes and Standards.

Highland Equipment Limited in cooperation with the Government of Canada has succeeded in designing a Continuous Protein Process System. This system will produce soft cheese requiring heat and acidification, as well as tofu. The system can be built in three sizes. Model HEL2500, flow rate 2500 litres/hr to 3500 litres/hr, HEL5000, flow rate 5000 litres/hr to 7000 litres/hr and Model HEL7500, flow rate 7500 litres/hr upto 10000 litres/hr. A working system is available on a rental agreement basis.
