Our facilities in Scarborough include a pilot kitchen, up to date laboratory, blending and warehousing facilities and general offices. Fully trained European and Canadian qualified meat and food technologists are on staff. We specialise in all meat and food innovations with an up to date receipe service and trouble shooting assistance. We assist our customers with all aspects related to the food Industry - whether it be duplicating products, innovating new products or improving existing products.
We also conduct hands on seminars on meat processing and welcome inquiries from interested customers.
