We specialize in production runs in quantities of hundreds to thousands and at the same time are capable of producing precision prototypes and pre-production quantities. We meet your individual ordering needs by providing made-to-order items, delivered when you need them.
We use leading-edge, solids based 3D CAD/CAM software which gives us the ability to design and refine approaches to complex components. This capability ensures the resulting manufacturing approach to be accurate, efficient and consistent.
Our Job-Shop management software allows us to monitor each job fully, from quotation to product shipment. The software is fully compliant with ISO and Y2K requirements. It allows real-time labour reporting and full Shop Floor scheduling and tracking, in addition to managing inventory, purchasing and all accounting functions. In short, a comprehensive tool to consistently serve our clients needs for quality, on-time components, delivered within budget.
Our reputation for providing precise/close tolerance parts is well-known. We routinely manufacture parts with tolerances as tight as +/- 0.0001 of an inch. Our Quality Assurance Department has the equipment and processes to guarantee the quality of the products we manufacture. Each job undergoes quality assurance procedures, to assure accuracy and precision to the clients specifications. This process begins with advanced quality planning, continues through production, and ends with a final inspection.
