GHGI concentrates on the development and management of healthcare facilities, systems, services, programs and products in emerging economies and transforming healthcare markets where there is an emphasis on privatization.
GHGI is a portfolio company of E. M. Warburg, Pincus & Company, which is headquartered in New York, with offices in London and Hong Kong.
The purpose of GHGI is to create a global healthcare organization that will:
- Enter into joint ventures with local partners in growth
markets where there is an opportunity to combine capital, management, clinical expertise and technology.
HSI would be interested in participating in equity projects in healthcare where management and capital would be brought to the project.
