I couldn't shut up on the way home about how much fun I had! I had never taken an martial arts class before and much to my surprise I really enjoyed it! I wouldn't be surprised if you see me again in one of your classes sometime soon. I loved how yoga style streching was incorporated into the warmup, it made complete sense. And, beating the heck out of the black pad was fantastic! Plus, I'm only a little bit sore today. What fun! -Kelly A.
