Ramsay Township:

Developed and implemented an operational GIS system for administration and planning in the township.

NATO: Used SPOT satellite imagery to map all potential environmental concerns at the ex-Soviet airbase Pajuouste in Lithuania as part of a radiological decommissioning.

CIDA: Detailed geological structure mapping for the island of Jamaica using satellite and geophysical data. 20 maps at 1: 50, 000 and one at 1: 250, 000. Part of a major mineral development project.

Canada Centre for Remote Sensing: The evaluation of satellite SAR radar data for mapping and monitoring urban growth.

International Joint Commission: Developed and updated a map of all international water basins between Canada and the USA as well as a database of current IJC activities.

• Environmental Site History With Remotely Sensed Data

  A detailed environmental site history can often go back 50 years. Archival remotely sensed data (satellite or airphotos) are acquired for analysis. These data are processed using specialized visual and digital techniques to map all possible source of contamination that have been on the site throughout the study time frame.

  These historical site maps are used to guide a ground crew to areas of environmental contamination and complete a comprehensive Phase I report.
