I have eight years experience in Information Technology (IT) preceeded by twenty years experience in progressive operational accounting and finance positions, all within a number of highly diverse organisations including; Energy Utilities, Municipal and Federal Government, Oil & Gas Companies, Financial, and Retail Industries. In the more recent period (2.5 years) I have exercised customer-oriented negotiation skills as an Independent Consultant contracting with ATCO Gas, performing energy evaluations within the Government of Canada's EnerGuide for Houses Program.

I have a broad background in business providing accomplished levels of communication skills, business comprehension and technical awareness in many areas. My most significant undertakings have involved management of financial and computer-systems endeavours and association with many project related activities aimed at the enhancement of business systems and processes within EPCOR Inc. Exercising highly developed change management skills, I carry a high degree of awareness for corporate needs and recognise the positive opportunities that are available for internal customer service in vibrant work environments.

My IT responsibilities have included Business Systems Operations Management, Project Management, Change Management, Business Systems Analysis, and some Training. I have extensive experience in various aspects of management of Information systems and business process reengineering.
