Firemaster is a full service oilfield safety company dedicated to the safety of all people we work for. Established in 1980, Firemaster has been an industry leader in the development of equipment, personnel and training for all areas of safety in the oil industry.
We provide state of the art equipment and extensively trained personnel for fire fighting, supplied breathing air services (for working around H2S gas or oxygen deficient environments) gas detection and well controls (blowouts). All equipment is designed and built by us to suit the specific needs of our customers.
Firemaster provides training services for a number of courses including Fire Training, H2S Safety, First Aid and CPR, Professional Driving, Hazardous Materials, Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Confined Space Rescue.
Firemaster also does emergency response and site specific planning for oil/gas well locations and refining facilities.
We have been a member of Petroleum Services Association of Canada since 1985 and have a strong working relationship with most active oil and gas producing companies.
Firemaster is ready and poised to work internationally. We have four operating locations in the U. S. offering all the same services as we do in Canada. Over the past few years we have worked in South America, specifically Argentina and Columbia.
Firemaster is registered to ISO 9001: 2000 and we are involved in Alberta's Partnerships is Safety program. Both programs offer validation by certified, third party auditors that Firemaster meets the high standards that this corporation has set.
Firemaster would be interested in forming alliances with companies already offering a similar service or a related service that requires our equipment, technology, training or personnel. In Canada we already have alliances with some major oil producers, engineering firms and two products suppliers.
