Ferguson Simek Clark is the only multidisciplinary architectural/engineering firm resident in all three Territories in Canada's north. The firm has designed over $500 million of projects in communities throughout the north. The firm is one of the designers of the NWT Legislative Assembly Building for which it has received structural and electrical awards. Starting in 1991, the firm started exporting its cold regions design and building expertise to the far eastern regions of Russia.

Projects to date include a complete village, over 1, 000 housing units, an international air terminal building and a small hotel in total valued at approximately US$80 million. FSC continues to investigate design and housing export opportunities in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
