WHO WE ARE Founded in 1987, we are a team of highly experienced professionals who provide our clients with practical assistance in addressing complex management challenges. We maintain strategic partnerships with specialized firms in Canada and Internationally.

WHAT WE DO Our mission is to help our clients to enhance and sustain their capacities, and to define and implement significant administrative, operational and institutional renewal. We do this by providing advice in innovative management, business and organizational solutions. Our clients are public and larger private sector organizations in Canada and internationally who must adapt to dynamic and changing environments. We give special attention to our clients' needs in capacity development and institutional strengthening through strategic management, change management, client service, productivity, and the business application of information technologies. We group our services into five areas of concentration: Capacity and Change Management; Institutional Strengthening; Alternative Services Delivery; Information and Communications Technology; and Specialized Services (financial and human resources management, real property consulting, audit and evaluation and related areas).
