With our commitment to the future, in 1993, FILLAB invested in a 'state-of-the-art' Form-Fill-Seal machine which forms three dimensional unit-dose blisters.
In 1995, FILLAB acquired a unique machine which thermally forms over 32, 000 Alveol suppository containers per hour. With our continuous growth, innovation remains an important part of our structure. To ensure quality service FILLAB is periodically inspected by the Health Protection Branch.
FILLAB has invested a lot of time and effort in building high- quality packaging rooms. Our rooms are equiped with ceramic flooring, fiberglass walls and special-grade Pharmaceutical ceiling tiles. This allows us to offer high-standard service in an extremely clean environment.

We have a new and unique three-dimensional plastic ampul. The material used in the production of these ampules is a laminate of PVC-PVDC-PE. The main advantage of using these types of packaging is that they are easy to open and are risk-free in manipulation. They are ideal for drinkable solutions such as herb extracts, vitamins, food and dietary food supplements, as well as O. T. C. products such as cough syrop.
We helped Advanced Research Laboratories in Costa Mesa, CA develop a custom unit-dose blister on a neck-tie blister card to be given out as a gift with purchase. This resulted in a successful nation wide (USA) campaign.
