New Technology at GKN
REO Hydro-Pierce Units used for both the VE64 and the CB40 lines, allowed dual piercing in tight spaces, can pierce very heavy materials (2 x 3.5mm - 8 mm dia.), eliminated slow, dirty and high maintenance drilling operation
Vacuum Slug Extraction allows piercing from an inverted position used in VE64 & CB40
Tube Piercing servo driven tube piercing over mandrel used in CDW27 eliminated drilling operation
OHMA Systems Transguns, very competitively priced small package allows more design flexibility, air over oil offers superior weld quality.
