The TeamHeadquarters Email Agent SDK allows end users to submit help desk requests directly into TeamHeadquarters via e-mail. The end user simply sends a free-form email to a designated email address and TeamHeadquarters Email Agent SDK automatically creates a new ticket from the email contents.
