Ecosign Mountain Resort Planners Ltd. provides consulting services in planning and landscape architecture, market and financial analysis, ski area operations and environmental assessment. Additionally, Ecosign has developed a close working relationship with professional associates in the fields of avalanche forecasting, engineering, architecture and sociology to provide a complete range of services to diverse clients. In consultation with the client, Ecosign establishes the scope of work necessary to achieve project goals and then fashions a schedule and project team to implement the program. The company is results oriented and has an enviable record of assisting in the implementation of successful projects. The firm has remained reasonably small by design to maintain a 'hands-on' approach to all projects. The offices of Ecosign are situated in Whistler, British Columbia, with excellent air access to western North America and Pacific Rim countries via the nearby gateway city of Vancouver.
The backgrounds of the current staff include substantial expertise in ski area consulting, forestry, landscape architecture, economics, environmental sciences and business administration. For larger projects, Ecosign believes in preparing competitive bid proposals to ensure a healthy working relationship with the client. There is generally no charge for preparing project proposals and we welcome enquiries of this nature.
