E&M custom forms tubular material into the customer's design requirements using our extensive bend and end form toolage. The configurations range from serpentine to multi-planar shapes; straight lengths with end forms; fittings added to the tube for ease of assembly and end part function; manifolds; evaporator coils; and more. E&M inventories copper tube from 3/16' to 1-3/8 O. D. with copper capillary tube, larger sizes, and other metals available to meet your needs.
E&M Copper Products tooling allows us to supply many parts without additional tooling charges. If new tooling is required, it is manufactured to meet your specific requirements.

E&M Copper maintains a toolage inventry to bend from 1 to 180 degrees, 3/16' to 1-3/8' OD tube in various radius'. Bending to 360 degrees is possible depending on the application and size. End form shapes include hose beads, saddles, expansions, reductions, multi tube fitting end forms, and more.
Brazing, soldering, and assembly is available to further process the customers designs and aid in the production and assembly of the final part.
E&M Copper Products also manufactures Gravity Coils in, 5/8, and 3/4' OD tubes ranging from 24 to 144 long with fin spacing from 1 to 7 fins per inch fully assembled and tested.
We also manufacture medium sizes Condensing Units for the refrigeration industry.
E&M Copper occupies 17, 000 square feet of manufacturing area with 2 dock level and 1 street level door.
