Completeing our first student training program. Chosen was 15 year old, high school student 'basically a disinterested youth a non A student.' Put to the task 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, for 4 weeks with training focused on EQ Recovery Services. Performing proceedures that would teach the following time tested and true vertues with a 21st century final grading system. Taught that being on time, being productive, and being able to think forwardly using ones own brain pays. The youth was continuously supervised in the highly technical field of logical disassembly. Practicing via hand on learning of vastly differing technology and encouraged through a grading system that results in changing attitudes. 'Make money and pass, make lots of money and really pass.'
