Controlled Oxidation Reaction Environment (CORE) First developed 15 years ago, CORE is a well proven solution to the massive problem of solid waste from municipalities, industry and hospitals. CORE reduces the volume of this mass by 90%, and may be set up to recover glass and metals after the process.
CORE systems are excellent solutions for municipalities. Plants may be installed at existing transfer stations, dump sites and will produce a firm source of electrical power. CORE systems are in use throughout North America. EnEco is proud to offer its latest designs of this technology at a price that is easily affordable by many emerging and developing countries.
TOPS First developed in 1992 by EnEco, TOPS is an emerging technology particularly suited to smaller installations where dedicated manpower is not available on a continuous basis to feed and monitor the system. TOPS systems are batch loaded. One of the distinctive advantages produced by this design is extremely clean and steady emission discharge. A batch design eliminates fluctuations typical of continuously loaded thermal systems, reduces particulate loading substantially, and allows for recovery of all glass and metal for recycling.
TOPS has been elected as the system of choice by some of the worlds most discerning customers, the Canadian Department of Defence and the United States Naval Division.
Energy Recovery & Process Equipment
Various types of equipment are required for typical waste to energy recovery plants. EnEco is capable of engineering & supplying the full spectrum of equipment needed from various suppliers such as: Boilers, Turbines, Water Treatment, Emission scrubbers Cooling Towers, Sludge Dryers, etc.
Microbial Acceleration System (MAS)
Through its affiliate company, EnEco Industries Ltd., EnEco Systems Inc. is pleased to offer an emerging technology:
Microbial Acceleration System (MAS). Utilizing MAS technology, organic wastes are rapidly digested in an anaerobic / facultative fermentation process. On average, 12 cubic feet of gas rated at 1000 Btu/cf.. is generated. MAS accelerates the natural decomposition of wet organic wastes derived from Municipal Solid Waste, Food Processing, and Bio-mass sources allowing the system to run at a high ratio of solids. Sulfide free natural gas (biogas) is created and captured for use in gas fuelled gensets. After approximately 30 days retention the digestion process is complete and a nutrient rich liquid fertilizer is all that remains.
