ENCOEX Inc. is an independent, creative and dynamic organization based in Sarnia, Ontario Canada. We have carefully selected top-level, seasoned professionals from around the world to perform Basic Engineering Design Reviews and make common sense recommendations for cost reductions.

Final savings can be substantial, and without a direct cost to the client. Our fees are 25 per cent of all savings that we identify, and are accepted. Clients will retain 75 per cent of the savings. No other client direct costs (other than a small mobilization fee) apply. When project savings reach or exceed $1 million USD, we refund our mobilization fee to the client, usually an owner/operator.

We perform Basic Engineering Design Reviews and make common sense recommendations for cost reductions. Our team, the Eteam (E for expert) consists of experienced, high-level achievers and industry leaders from around the world. Each member has at least 25 years of direct experience in detail/front end engineering design and/or construction of capital projects.
