We have enjoyed a longstanding business relationship with Kaiser Permanente in Aurora, CO. In 1995, we installed suggestion tracking software for KP and since that time have made many revisions and additions to the program at their request. In addition to this database we have installed several others including Banquet and Comment Card software, a Public Affairs program (which includes volunteer activity tracking), a database for United Way donations for employees and an educational Theatre tracking database. that pertains to their Educational Theatre project. New Century Energies is another of our successful suggestion program installations also commencing in 1995. Since that time we have made several upgrades and additions to this program also at the client's request. We also created a classroom database for another department in this company that tracks employee's progress regarding certain classes that they attend. The Bank of Nova in Scarborough, Ontario (a borough of Toronto)is another of our many successful relationships with clients. In 1998, we installed a suggestion tracking program. As with most of our clients, this program is also being continually upgraded and added to at the client's request.
