Do-Gree was formed in April 1954 under the Canada Business Corporations Act. Its principal objective at that time was to facilitate the selling of imported children's headgear to Canadian retailers.
Since 1964, Do-Gree's business strategy has been to manufacture mid-priced headgear. In 1972, it commenced making specialty ski hats with this becoming more and more important within its product mix.
Presently, the company occupies a manufacturing, sale and administrative facility in Montreal, where it coordinates its activities with major Canadian retailers. This facility also provides an environment that enables Do-Gree to provide sales and marketing quidance and coordinate distribution services from US agents selling Do-Gree Canadian manufactured products.
