The DA210A roll handling system is designed to be used in conjunction with a conveyor system. When used with a roll stripping system the roll unloading process becomes fully automatic.
The sequence begins by placing the rolls onto the DA210's indexable mandrels (automatically or manually). The unit then sequentially lifts to its full height, indexes the rolls to 90 degrees and lowers the rolls to the conveyor. The rolls are conveyed off of both mandrels independently with a conveyor interlocked sequence.
Never before have converters had the flexibility in one system to pneumatically remove rolls from the slitter, then restart the slitter while product rolls are on the receiving station, and manipulate rolls from the receiving station to the required position for packaging or palletizing, The system is the DA220. The perfect complement to maximizing productivity for virtually any slitting operation.
The system is capable of:
station.

placed on their diameters or upended.)
The complete system maximizes slitting efficiency, and minimizes operator fatigue, freeing up resources. The DA220's solid, sturdy design is the reliable and safe solution to avoiding roll-handling stress.
This package can be retrofitted to existing Deacro slitters or your current in-house slitters.
Deacro's model DA402 offers the printed web converter an affordable and reliable salvage rewinder. This machine is particularly well suited to printed web converters in that the print direction can be maintained without removing the roll. Conventional single direction rewinders often require running the roll through twice in order to orientate the print direction. The DA402's reversible feature can reduce rewinding time fro 50-90%.
A position regulated dancer compensates for roll inertia providing light web tension for extensible films.
Web guiding is provided by a servo-actuated high speed side-lay system. Infrared or ultrasonic edge sensors are provided depending on material type. The web guide correct roll profile in the left to right direction and locks out tin reverse. Pneumatic clamping splice table is provided in an ergonomic centralized location for web inspection and splicing.
The DA402 is equipped with Deacro's microprocessor-controller interfaced with a touch screen.
The microprocessor is capable of storing and recalling set-ups for repeat critical tension appplications. The touch screen displays and edits all pertinent running parameters and provides full control diagnostics.

Deacro's model DA400 offers the printed web converter an affordable and reliable salvage rewinder.
This machine is particularly well suited to printed web converters in that the print direction can be maintained without removing the roll. Conventional single direction rewinders often require running the roll through twice in order to orient the print direction. The DA400's reversible feature can reduce rewinding time from 50 - 90%.
A position regulated dancer compensates for roll inertia providing light web tension for extensible films. A user selectable dance bypass mode can also be used for heavier web constructions.
Web guiding is provided by a servo-actuated pivot steering guide. Infrared or ultrasonic edge sensors are provide depending on material type. The unit locks out on reverse since web steering is unidirectional. A splice table is built into the web guide to provide an ergonomic centralized location for web splicing.

Dacro's model DA503 is designed for the medical and specialty tape converter. Its narrow web design provides precision tension and roll profile control.
The DA900 is primarily a simplex 'Locked core' slitter/rewinder. Its large 50' diameter rewind capacity makes it ideal for business form, paper, and laminate slitting and rewinding applications.
The DA900 incorporates ether a single or dual 'varibow' bow roller arrangement to control web separation on the rewind. The bow roller is mounted on the pneumatically counter-balanced lay-on roller system to provide a constant wrap angle. The knives are dovetail mounted and pneumatic in operation, designed for quick set-up and removal. The rewind air shaft is hydraulically held in the rewind arms and can be lowered to floor level upon completion.

Shaftless unwind options include position regulated dancer and splice table
a floor pickup, position-regulated dancer, and splice table. A four-axis servo controller feeds the web, applies the tab stoc, indexes the turrets, and transfers the strands onto the new cores. The carriage system loads the cores and removes the finished rolls from the rewind mandrels. The core feeding system prefeeds, orientates, and loades the cores to the infeed system.
Deacro's DA520 & DA530 offer the label converting industry a series of manually operated and fully automatic inspection, slitting and rewinding machines.
Its unique ergonomic design concept allows the operator to inspect and perform all web editiing funcitions from a single position.
The DA530 is equipped with a two axis servo control system which precisely positions the web for editing upon fault detection and provides a smooth web advance/turret index function.
The touch screen provides the operator with a single location for all machine control and web fualt desplay. Machine operating parameters can be saved and recalled through the use of the database.
The DA520 is the simplex Version of this series and can be equipped with a 'web advancing' or 'auto-threadinging' option for core or coreless rewinding.

Deacro's DA650 & DA680 are the most popular in its center winder line. These machines are controlled by a microprocessor capable of storing and recalling machine set-ups by file name. Repeatability of running parameters provides precise process control.
Its ergonomic design allows operator comfort an conveniences, common to all Dacro machines. Its cantilevered rewind mandrels, combined with camlock tooling, reduce operator fatigue and set-up time.
With options of razor, shear, or score slitting, and optional rewind tooling tension ranges, these models will handle today's extensible films. Combining these unique capabilities and ergonomics results in increased productivity and quality.

Deacro's DA880 and DA950 lift-out mandrel duplex slitter/rewinders extend both the maximum rewind roll diameter and web width that are available in the cantilevered models. The lift-out mandrel style of centre winder is more practical when large diameters and wide web are required.
These center winders are controlled by the same microprocessor control system used in the cantilevered models. The capability of storing and recalling machine set-ups by file name provides precise process control.
The DA880 and DA950 use the proven system of alternating cores and drive spacers to provide a differential rewind and, when used in conjunction with four rewind mandrels, set-ups are simple and quick.
A centre shaft support gives wider web width machines rewind mandrel support. The floating inner race of the bearing does not inhibit axial differential loading.
