It began as a flicker in the eye of self-proclaimed stunt-cook Dan Taylor 10 years ago when he decided to get serious about a wing sauce recipe he'd created. With the dawning knowledge that the sauce was more than just a wing recipe, it was formulated into Dan T's Inferno Spiced Cayenne Sauce. The name is a saucy play on 'Dante's Inferno, ' the first book of a 13th century poem The Divine Comedy, which describes the poet's allegoric descent into hell.
Since creating its first sauce, Dan T's Inferno now markets over 10 different varieties of sauces ranging from the aggressive Whitehot Cayenne to the subtle Raspberry Chipotle Grilling Sauce.
Recognized by chefs internationally, the sauces have won numerous awards and are known for their quality of ingredients, consistent flavours and leading edge packaging and design concepts. The sauces are available in various packaging formats including 150ml, 237ml, and 3.78 l foodservice formats.
