Interactive Human Rights Training Manual CD-ROM About the Product:
This manual addresses the problem of permanent staff changes in administration responsible for reporting, the absence of a system for reporting and of a reporting manual which is easy to keep up to date or amend. The existing product has been developed because the author had been tasked by the Canadian government to create training for human rights reporting officials.
This interactive learning and self-teaching manual is made available on a CD-ROM in the national language and English. All documents that are subject to updates are available offline and as links to the Internet. All documents that are not subject to updates are available offline only.
Aim:
The aim of this product is to improve the quality of the national reports and to have them sent in time.
Objectives:
-to make available a resource for training, reporting officers and researchers -to streamline the gathering of information -to indicate the type of information required for each convention
