Collins Management Consulting & Research Ltd., a certified management consulting firm, was incorporated in Nova Scotia in 1994 to provide consulting services in policy development and analysis, performance measurement, strategic planning, and other management tools designed to improve the overall success of public and private sector initiatives.

We work with senior levels of government, the private sector and the notforprofit sector to provide professional, objective advice on project design and delivery in a variety of areas, including science and technology, health and economic development programs, sector programs and special policy initiatives.
