In design we employ a combination of computerized and traditional methods. Computerized programming is utilized for both Wire EDM and CNC machines.

We successfully meet customer deadlines, relying on our in-house capabilities, beginning with the conceptual design, through to the final precision product. Our networking of up to date technology and designer expertise results in an accurate state of the industry product, both SPC approved and reliability tested.

At Clover Tool we design and build dies for a wide spectrum of needs, including progressive dies with multiple stations, fineblank, draw, hand transfer and compound dies. We also build jigs, and fixtures. Our professional staff offers assistance to our customers to better understand and service their needs.

These programs assures the continuation of our commitment to quality ans dependability that has allowed Clover Tool to retain its reputation of skilled engineering, quality and precision tooling.

Our unique quality control/assurance department in our metal stamping division results in maximizing productivity, meeting our customers stringent specifications. Quality assurance testing utilizes high technology, and computerized and digital checking instruments necessary for reliable, repetitive testing. Meeting exacting customer specifications results in a quality product from any of our 100 ton to 400 ton presses. The necessity for quality assurance is maintained in all aspect of the tooling and stamping process, insuring that critical tolerances are met.
