Provides expertise in conducting stakeholder analysis, workshop design and facilitation, team building, training design and implementation, as well as project management. Joe assisted the City of Ottawa - People Services Department amalgamate 13 separate organizations into one. Joe has experience in all phases of systems implementation, from Business Case development to post go-live reviews. Prior to undertaking his graduate degree Joe worked for the Federal Public Service in Human Resources Management for several years. While attending graduate school, Joe was employed as the Manager of Human Resources, North America operations for the Australian Public Service in Washington DC. Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavioural Science with a specialization in organizational development.
