Chaparral modular homes and commercial structures are manufactured at its 36, 000 square foot environmentally- controlled facility located in Kelowna, B. C., providing product and service to communities throughout the province, as well as Northern Canada, Alaska and Washington State.
Chaparral utilizes the latest in building technology and materials, each stage of the construction process monitored by its Quality Control personnel. Every home delivered by Chaparral meets or exceeds the B. C. Building Code as well as C. S. A. A-277 manufacturing requirements.
Chaparral has been involved in various residential developments such as Marina Garden Estates in Ladner, La Mesa in White Rock, and Brinkworthy Place on Salt Springs Island. Commercial projects have included the temporary clubhouse/pro-shop facility for Predator Ridge Golf Course in Vernon, the I. W. A. Trade Union Center in Kelowna, the Osoyoos Duty Free Shop and numerous portable classrooms and day care centers throughout the interior of B. C.
