A. in 1989 to offer a wide range of professional business consulting services in finances, management, business development and analysis, SR&ED tax credits, and resource planning in the private and public sector. The company has a long standing working relationship with Government agencies, such as Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) and Business Planning for Agri-Ventures, in the preparation of business plans on behalf of individuals and companies. Business plan development usually includes issues related to: marketing and sales, diagnostic analysis of business operations with the view of exploring new and innovative opportunities and problem solving, financial planning, long and short term financial and operating projections, and potential for research and development. Business plans have been developed for primary producing industries, secondary processing, value added components, manufacturing, service industries, etc.

Central Consulting Services Inc. draws on the combined and varied resources of approximately 15-20 people to undertake projects and to be able to deliver on a timely basis.
