Participants will understand, experience and practise their leadership style from their personality type preference, using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as a frame of reference. Within this framework, they will experience and apply concepts in a 3- day workshop.

This workshop teaches how to stimulate innovation in the workplace to increase productivity; leverage creativity as a tool for team building and overall renewal; motivate employees for performance improvement.
This program is designed to teach participants to be neutral mediators, i. e., facilitate resolution of conflicts in which they have no personal stake. It can also be customized to train non-neutral mediators, i. e., those who are facilitating the resolution of conflicts in which they have some stake but where the primary conflict is between others.
Participants will understand the principles of collaborative problem solving and criteria; develop a familiarity with how to conduct an interest-based mediation session using a structure than enhances the probability of resolution; understand and use a variety of techniques and interventions [the 'mediator's toolbox']; understand the secrets to avoiding impasse and overcoming resistance; and gain comfort with the process and the skills by mediating at least two conflict scenarios.
This program is designed for anyone whose job involves working out issues with parties with whom there will be some ongoing involvement, for example, co-workers or departments in the same Ministry, other Ministries, other levels of government, organizations whose programs are being funded, organizations who are being regulated and unions.
Participants will develop three strategies for problem solving and effective interpersonal skills needed for problem solving.
