Cadex Electronics Inc. established in 1980, is a privately held ISO 9001 certified Canadian company that has succeeded in developing a position of international leadership in the field of advanced battery chargers and analyzers.

The Cadex C7000 series battery analyzers are capable of servicing Nickel Cadmium, Nickel Metal Hydride, Sealed Lead Acid and Lithium Ion batteries. The batteries interface through configured cups and programmable (smart) cables. Over 900 cups are available for portable radios, cell phones, laptops, video cameras, medical equipment, portable data acquisition units, and power tools. The analyzer's unique recondition feature is capable of restoring weak batteries to full service. The C7000 series of analyzers is certified to meet new International Safety and Radiation standards.

With a print option, battery service reports and battery labels can be generated. For larger users, up to 120 analyzers can be networked through BatteryShop, a Windows-based software, allowing simultaneous service of 480 batteries.

Cadex has expanded the product line to include a line of UCC chargers. The UCC-1, UCC-2 and UCC-6 chargers are designed to support the routine charging of batteries by offering a rapid charge and a condition feature with temperature control.

Current Geographic Marketing Activity:

60% of all sales are exported to the US, 30% overseas and 10% are sold in Canada. The company products are marketed through Manufacturer's Representatives in North America and Distributors/Resellers abroad. Cadex products will support several major languages.

Marketing Strategy/Priorities While Cadex is pursuing sales worldwide, Europe and the Middle East have been identified as strategic markets. South East Asia is also seen as a potential market due to its increasing cellular market. We have also sold successfully in the defense and avionics markets.
