BACKGROUND

We have 18 years of marketing and sales experience in a variety of industries, and specialized knowledge in customer relationship marketing, so we know what it takes to prepare business and market plans, product and market analyses, and how to facilitate business meetings, brainstorming and other creativity sessions.

Principal and owner Cathy Osborne has helped clients form strategic plans for their whole business concept through her abilities to 'think outside the box' combined with her business expertise and intuition. Additional skills that contribute to developing business vision include strong research, analysis, and organizational skills. With her strength as a strategic thinker, Ms. Osborne is an excellent facilitator and has helped companies such as BC Tel, Telus and Bell Canada successfully implement customer relationship marketing programs.
