Bluedrop Inc. (formerly ZeddComm Inc) is Human Performance Improvement (HPI) consulting and development firm founded in 1992. In October of 2003, Bluedrop spun off its IT division (now called ZedIT Inc.) in order to focus exclusively on helping our clients maximize their human capital through effective performance learning. We have taken this opportunity to re-brand ourselves as Bluedrop Performance Learning. We have a fresh new look which reflects our singleminded focus on business outcomes through learning. Helping organizations to transform their learning and training functions from a cost center to an ROI generating powerhouse is now the core of everything we do.
Bluedrop was among the early pioneers that recognized and harnessed the potential of the Internet as a business and training tool. As early as 1996, when most organizations were still debating the benefits of having a Web site, Bluedrop was working with multinational pharmaceutical company Schering-Plough to develop a clinical trial management system that would work over the Internet. This successful project was developed from concept to implementation by Bluedrop, and represented a first for the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, this clinical trial management tool was among the very first Web-based business and training applications developed for any Fortune 1000 company.
Bluedrop has grown very quickly in the past few years and has established offices in St. Johns, Halifax, Ottawa, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. Our clients include leading government departments and agencies, leading health and life sciences corporations, and the leaders in several diverse industries. In fact in 5 different industries ranging from software to electronics, Bluedrop boasts the global industry leader as our client.
