Bernard Mould has been servicing plastic injection moulders since 1969.
Our corporate goal is to remain the moulder's most cost efficient and quality source, by the wise utilization of the latest technology available, and by creatively combining technologies to give our customers an edge over their competition.
We are dedicated to continuous improvement in our methods and processes and by the continual training of our employees. Bernard Mould has for years been involved with industry associations to support education and the promotion of skilled trades training including community awareness programs.
Investment into government liaison has helped produce documents like the Machinery, Tool, Die, and Mould (MTDM) Sector Analysis to aid government understanding of industry needs. Product development for customers who appreciate improved manufacturing input is another asset with our engineering department.

Dear Ed,
Even though our propane program is 'small' in terms of potential volumes and sales at Chrysler Canada, we are currently dealing with approximately 25 suppliers directly and probably the same number, if not more, indirectly. I guess the true measure of customer satisfaction is how well the designs we have developed and work with can be translated by our suppliers, to produce quality parts at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Hopefully this will lead to a properly assembled propane fuel system on the van and give the customer the same operational conveniences that they have with their gasoline vehicle. The additional advantages of cheaper fuel and better overall emission performance is really the bonus that the customer is buying. All I want to say is thanks for being a part of our supplier team and your efforts to make our propane fuel system, specifically the fuel rail pods and fuel filler housing, satisfying to our customers.

Your recommendation for modification to the mold inserts and mold base helped to improve the appearance of the new GM tool. Lakeside Plastics Ltd. would like to convey to you and your staff our satisfaction and congratulations at having a first tryout that produced (4) cavities that were 100% dimensionally correct. This mirror remote bezel mould required working with tight tolerances, in many critical areas, in order to develope the correct seal-off areas. Your first tryout was right on the delivery date, as forecast, and the quality of this mould was at an excellent level with no short-cuts taken. To all employees at Bernard Mould I give a Bravo Zulu to the team that worked so hard on the Saturn tooling. Never have I met such a dedicated group in tooling, very simply you are world class. Through the constant pitfalls associated with the Saturn project the Bernard Mould team never gave up. Gentlemen, it has been an honor and a privilege having worked with such a talented group of moldmakers. The hard work you invested may seem at times to be done in vain, I'm here to tell all of you it wasn't. Remember the fundamentals of teamwork, I believe includes patience, guidance, understanding and expertise. Lastly most importantly is attitude, it will either make a good organization or break one. Bernard Mould will survive in the future through the competitive years ahead because of your good attitude.

Dear Ed,
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with the quality and efficiency of plant #2. We had three totally new mould designs that were completed within three months of starting them. I was especially impressed with how quickly the moulds went from first tryout to final production. In most cases final production began within 10 days of the first tryout. I have to bring to your attention that I feel this level of efficiency and success would not have been possible without the leadership of Rick Janisse. He reviewed and expidited our moulds from start to finish while constantly reassuring me he would deliver three high quality mould on time for our holiday deliveries. I want to thank Rick and Bernard Mould for all of your hard work and dedication. I will look forward to working on our next project.
