The Berkeley Consulting Group is an independent Canadian firm, founded in 1985, that operates as a network of associates and concentrates on strategic change management using business management know-how adapted for public and voluntary sectors. In conjunction with Berkeleys strategic and organizational change advice, Berkeley has an affiliate with a proprietary 360 feedback and coaching service Berkeley Feedback & Development Inc. BFDI offers executive coaching, multi-source feedback programs and related human resource support that can be packaged with organization design and change consulting. Since our services are customized, we undertake a range of specific services and types of engagements including:
